Made Fresh Daily is a series where I investigate the social phenomenon of commodifying and commercializing female sexuality, which is the foundation of exploitation, violence, and abuse. I examine the socially constructed bounds of girlhood and challenge hegemonic and misogynistic parameters within Western society. I use painting to create collages to replicate the proliferation of repetitive imagery that reinforces and perpetuates a societal norm of standardized identity for women.
